He was born in 1309 ,1 bahman in the city of Gorgan. And obtained his PhD in architecture in the year 1339 from Flroance university. MR. E’tesam began cooperating as chief architecture in regional planning in united nations and became a member of the Association of Official Income Justice Experts. During his life he worked with many associations including the American Society of Architects and Town Planners, the Greek International Society, the International Federation of Housing and Planning, The Hague Court, the Iranian Honor Society.

His projects include the initial design of the Saint-Tropez complex in the south of France, the Mahalat tourist complexes, the Shah Cheragh complex of Shiraz, the Hajjaj building complex in Madinah Munura in Saudi Arabia, residential complexes and villas in Seattle, San Jose, San Francisco, Los Angels of America and…

The books that have been written by him include the translation of the Islamic Architecture book, the translation of the Two-Headed Eagle book, the translation of the book From the Past to the Future of Human Settlement by Constantine Dexpadis, and numerous articles in domestic and foreign specialized magazines, etc.

His precious worldly life ended on December 28, 1401 and deprived the world of his goodness and renowned abilities. He shall be Missed.
